REPRESENTING YOURSELF

Representing yourself is called going Pro Se. Representing yourself in Court can be very effective in certain situations. However, because most non-lawyers are unfamiliar with Court procedure, the advice of a consulting attorney may be a valuable asset to assist you in navigating the unfamiliar territory of the Courtroom.

While representing yourself is legal in most cases, the greater the issues the more likely an attorney can do a superior job to that of a non-lawyer in maximizing the desired results in any legal dispute.
